It’s that time of year again folks.
Annual rent notices are available to collect from the Garden Room on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th October, between 11am and 3pm, or again on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th October at the same time, 11am to 3pm.
Standard rental fees are increasing this year to £5 per rod.
A new tenants agreement will also be available to collect, to be signed and returned by each tenant.
There will also be a fundraising raffle where tenants can win their plot fees for the year back. Max 1 plot.
Whilst you’re there, why not start thinking about the 2025 growing season! Each year Kings Seeds produce a special National Allotment Society Members Catalogue for Association members to purchase their seeds, trees, shrubs, flowers and bulbs for the next growing season.
The prices in this catalogue are already discounted by around 40% on individual order prices and the Association receives a further discount for bulk ordering, which contributes back to the funds available to maintain the allotment site.
To view a flippable copy of the 2025 members catalogue, click here. Physical copies are available to collect alongside your rent notice. Please be aware the digital catalogue takes some time to load as it is very large.
If you would like to order seeds for 2025, please fill in an order form (available to collect alongside your rent notice) and pass this to Sandra, who will collate the forms and place a bulk order.
If anyone has problems collecting their rent notices, please call 07733 482586.
All rents are due by the AGM at the end of November.
